Hey, who's going to tell us what's going on in the Olympics? We catch little glimpses now and then, but mostly here they are interested in judo and table tennis. Waiting in the bank the other day I thnk I saw that the American women won the team gymnastics. Hurray for them. What else is going on? We have the attached picture on our background screen and are waiting for Ms. Maroney to bring home the gold.
By the way, whose Idea was it to have as the symbol for the London Olympics the map of a fractured Texas tipped 45 degrees on its edge? Was that you, Natasha? Last night we thought we saw a plane carrying Spencer high overhead aimed for Hong Kong. Could it be? Ohterwise, all is well. The other night we saw spectacular fireworks with Dan and family in Kurume. The kids were thrilled. So were the adults. love, Dad
